I did by email on the 26th January, Im still awaiting a response other than the 'we've recieved your message' response. After messages back and forth, they advised me to contact Cakewalk. I contacted Celemony, who were highly efficient with responses and they confirmed that I'd already upgraded the number to Editor. I went to register my 'new' Melodyne Essentials that I thought I'd gotten with my upgrade to Sonar Platinum only to get an automated response from Celemony that it had already been registered. Is that what happened to you? Why does Cakewalk have to be involved in your case? Leemac, When I sent my serial number to Celemony, they said it was registered to another person and asked me to confirm that I am that person. However, Cakewalk are not, a week later and still no reply from Cakewalk support, so don't hold your breath for a reply from them. Celemony were very efficient at answering my emailed questions. I assumed I'd be getting a different number and my idea was that Id have another licence for more installations. I need all the help I can get.Saxon1066 leemac I had the very same error, Celemony informed me that the number I was trying to register (The essentials registration number i recieved with Sonar Platinum) was the same number I had upgraded to Editor that I recieved with X3. My voice sounds like a cat with a stomach ache.

Are there repair options in the Sonar installation like the original versions of Sonar had? Or, if I reinstall Sonar will it overwrite everything else in the program? I purchased X3 online and it came with 4 separate files, so I'm guessing no. Anyone know how to go about fixing this kind of issue? I tried contacting Celemony months ago, but they did not respond. Nothing else in Sonar is giving me issues, all is working as it should.

I just want it back the way it was, in Sonar. $16.0.0.435 Melodyne is still on my computer as a stand alone, but will not show up in Sonar x3 (Producer). I keep getting this message when trying to install Melodyne 4: Error Code: -5001 : 0x80070002

I got the error message during an upgrade from 2.1.2 Essential which came with X3, so I tried to uninstall the previous 2.1.2 version, but it would not uninstall properly. Hey all, I tried to update to Melodyne 4 and am having issues.
